Welcome new IVAO Users!
If you are new to IVAO and the US Division and need help from our training staff, please read this topic within our US training forum.
If you need help to getting started, also we recommend to study all "stiky" posts from our Training Staff within our US Training Forum. You need your VID and website password to login to the forum. Next step, study our US training website carefully, it answers the most training related questions and how to get startet!

PLEASE READ! New US Rules before applying for an ATC or PILOT exam
Effective today, all exams applied for have to be completed within 30 Days after the request. Any exam will be cancelled after 30 days if their is no appointment, or if we are not able to contact you. Also we recommend that you schedule a training session so that we may check your skills BEFORE you apply for an exam. We normally do not accept any exams before you have completed a training session with us. You can use our training calendar below to schedule a session or contact US-TC or US-TAC for an appointment. You can send us a request with this form. Also we don´t accept class B airports for C1 exams periods, You may find a list of class B airports in our forum. We will publish a US exam guideline on our forum in a few days. Currently you can find the rules and guidelines within this forum topic.
US Training Schedule
Here you can find all scheduled trainings, exam or other training related appoinmnets like ATC Training session, Pilot training session.To schedule a apointment with us please use the "REQUEST a TRAINING" Link left at the navigation! The US Training Schedule below shows you exam appointments, and scheduled trainings with other members. Feel free to join any session. To prepare an exam you need to use the "Request Training" link on the left navigation! Also stay tuned for theoretical lessons, which we also announce in the calendar below.
To use the calendar, simply click on a color-coded date. This will bring up a detailed list of all sessions available for that date. Choose the session that best fits what type of training or exam you are requesting and fill in all of the requested information. You and your instructor will receive e-mail confirmation. If you need to cancel a session, please contact your instructor directly by e-mail.
